Pamela Biasca Losada Health Coaching

With me, you get the best of both worlds. Someone who can go deep and help you figure “the why” behind your eating patterns and lifestyle challenges and someone who can also help you renew your confidence in yourself, your body and what you’re able to do in the next 20, 30 plus years to come.

I come from a counseling background and began my career as a Psychologist and Counselor in Switzerland. (I am Swiss by the way, and yes I am into eating chocolate, BUT not any kind of chocolate, and I don’t feel bad about it!). Being a counselor has been very rewarding, but I always felt I was missing something else to help support my clients in the best possible way. I always had a vivid interest in healthy eating habits and a passion for preparing quick delicious meals. I know that what we put into our body has such a profound effect on our health, wellbeing, and on how we feel day in and day out. I started to add healthy eating habits it to my counseling practice and quickly noticed how much faster my clients’ lives improved. I also am passionate about self-care. I used to spend so much time taking care of others that my needs were only seldom met. Of course, this way of living has its price. It wasn’t until I had some serious health issues combined with being constantly tired that I made some real changes in my lifestyle. Radical self-care using different strategies, combined with what I ate gave me a lot more energy, I enjoy life a lot more, and I feel younger now than I did 20 years ago! Moving to the United States, with a stop in Canada in between, presented me with a great opportunity to combine my knowledge in healthy eating and self-care with my counseling background.

I went back to school to study with world-renowned nutrition specialists at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. That was a life changing experience and now feel more confident, more energetic, and in charge of my personal health and future. I developed the essential awareness which allows me to pay attention to my body’s cues and LISTEN. Best of all, it gave me the tools and experience to become a Certified Health Coach. Additionally, I completed the emotional empowerment training at the International Institute for Emotional Empowerment and also work as a graduate leader teacher for students going through that program. I’m also grateful to have an additional wonderful tool in both my life and practice, which is the BEMER Therapy. This technology is a German cutting-edge researched medical device that allows your body to work optimally by enhancing blood-flow in a non-invasive way.

I’m happy to share my experience and support you towards your journey to better health, happiness, emotional empowerment, a stress-free life, and freedom from emotional eating.
